Flower Ministry
Our Leadership Team has approved the RUMC Flower Ministry for another year, and preparations are underway as spring approaches. So far, we installed over 1,000 feet of weed barrier to reduce hand weeding, thanks to Alan Kleinbach, Bob Arnold, Roger Ovink, and Lee Rogers—even though some sore muscles and backs were reported afterward.
The next project will be planting seeds in April or early May. If you’d like to volunteer, contact Heather at the office or reach out to Debbie Lucas or Lee Rogers. Planting won’t be as strenuous as installing the weed barrier, but it should still be a fun time.
